Solved Problems after installing a theme

OK here's my problem, I tried to install WINDOWS 7 THEME ( I know big mistake ) after changing these two files
wscui.cpl
wscntfy.dll in C:/ windows system32
I did change these to .old just incase there was a problem but they aint there now. So I have no controll pannel, and system restore isn't there either, I have tried in SAFE MODE aswell but this didn't work.

Please help an idiot.

Yes you are lol. In the future dont mess about with themes. Just remember your replacing something that a team of people with probably 20 years experience each have created with a theme a 15 year old kid has created

But anyway insert your Windows installation CD and stop any autostart.
Go to Start => Run and type in the following:

expand -r E:\i386\wscui.cp_ C:\Windows\System32\

then extract that file and place it where it should go and then do the same for wscntfy.dll

You should also look at doing THIS
