WLX Photo Viewer .dll

Error Message:WLX Photo Viewer.dll
Have Vista Ultimate 32 bit OS
Could someone please explain what this means and how I can fix this problem ?
Use to be I could click on a photo/file to view it larger and now I get this error
message coming up. I do do know what was changed to cause this.

This is commonly used in FastView/Total Commander Lister Plugins/File Maker Pro/Live Mesh/Will Expert

If Windows is unable to open files with the extension .WLX you may not have the appropriate program installed or, you may have registry errors (possible due to a reg cleaner).

Re-install the program, and stop using reg cleaners (if you are using one).
