Windows explore has quit working

As of late I have had alot of issues with IE7 were it just quits working. I always select check online for a solution and restart program only to have the issue happen over and over.

I have posted the details from the last event, can some offer up a solution.

Hi , click start and in the start search box, type inetcpl.cpl and press ENTER.
Click on the Advanced Tab and Click Reset.
