Need help with a few things..

So, this is the second time this has happened.
My sidebar just completely shut down.
Won't open at all.
And when my dad fixes it, it stays fixed for like,
a week, maybe. Then, messes up again.
And when my sidebar isn't working, my task bar freezes a lot.

Help, anyone?

Hi Tiffani click the link in my sig and do everyhing it says there. Then click the windows start orb and type %localappdata%\microsoft\Windows Sidebar and hit enter. This will open a windows with a file called Settings.ini rename that file to Settings.ini.old

Reboot your pc and start vista sidebar
