Unknown chinese folder in control panel?*edit ss

I have this unknown icon in my control panel page which doesn't open and can't be deleted, does anyone know how to delete this? If you do please give me some suggestions
-will post screenshot later

Without knowing the name or seeing it, you might see if you may be able to hide that Control Panel icon to get rid of it.

The folder also appears on your desktop too? Can you open that one and see what's inside?

the folder on my desktop is just a shortcut i made trying to fix it, i think it was due to my tuneup utilities, since it updated and then i undid everything from before, is there a way to undo it, should i do a system restore?
