Repeating Startup Repair and CHKDSK

It started when my little brother was playing using Google Chrome and the computer just froze or hung. This forced me to pull the plug on the computer. When I opened the computer again, it went into Startup Repair where it tried "to fix the errors in your hard drive." It says that it may take over an hour.

When it finished and restarted, it went into CHKDSK. I let it finish and after doing so, the computer is still on but there's nothing loading in the screen. I forced a restart (improperly like before, by pressing that button on the computer) and it went to Startup Repair again and when it restarted it went back to CHKDSK again. I repeated that for ten times. Once, along the way, I encountered something that looks like a BSOD which says that it may have been caused by a change in hardware or drivers or something like that.

This computer has two partitions. This Ubuntu partition which I'm using now is still functional. This is on the same hard drive as the Windows partition. The Windows partition had only 3 GB of free space out of 160 GB. I deleted some files through Ubuntu to free up some space in hopes of making it work. It still doesn't load and just goes into either CHKDSK or System Recovery.

I use a Toshiba Satellite A-200 with 1 GB of RAM and Intel Pentium Dual Core T2370 @ 1.73 GHz. I'm sorry if the details are vague.

Thank you so much for taking notice and helping. Its much appreciated.
