Please Help!!! I have a new Dell Inspiron i530-114B with windows Vista home premium with SP1 (64bit) every time I turn it on to use it a blank white page pops up. I have to go control alt delete to get to the task manager to either switch back to what I was working on or to end task. It is driving me CRAZY!! and it is doing it more and more. Any ideas on how I can get this to stop???
