sfc /scannow errors not repaired

I ran sfc /scannow and got these errors not repaired - should I worry? How can I fix this?

You might see if doing a System Restore using a restore point dated before this problem may be able to fix it for you.

I don't know when this happened. I don't see any symptoms. I was surfing through this forum and found where I could test my PC using this command. Since I don't use the windows sidebar, I guess I should not worry about it. Thanks anyway. TeamanFL
