Dell XPS 730x running Vista Ultimate 64
Here's what happened:
I logged off to switch users and when the computer came back up it loaded to the wallpaper screen and halted. The computer apparently has loading, other functions are running but there is no taskbar. Control-Alt-delete produces a black screen with no task manager. I cannot boot into safe mode.I can't get out of the void and am stuck in wallpaper hell.
Any help would be appreciated -
