I have tried two different microphones, both are non-usb, but both work fine in recording tests yet setting up speech recognition I get the message that I am not being heard clearly.....please try again and I go back to the sentence and re-read over and over.
I am wondering if there is something else I can do besides buying a very expensive microphone. The ones I have are noise canceling and hyped to be good for voice recognition so I am not sure what else I need to do to be able to get speech recognition working. My hope was that it would be usable for my son who has dyslexia so that he could write his school papers with this aid. But I am worried that I can't even get past the set up part and have the microphone be heard clearly.
