Solved new menu right click items

I want to delete a few items from my vista new menu right click but have no idea how to do this tru the registry or if there is a utility program that will make this easier..

i want to remove adobe life cycle, windows call,adobe 3d reviewer, contact..

any ideas ?

Thanks, i downloaded X-Setup , it works like a charm and it's easy..i was able to hide whatever new menu items i wanted...great program..:D
