Annoying problem driving me crazy. Help!!!

My Vista Home Premium installation has this annoying problem that I'm not able to get rid off no matter what I try. It freezes during the loading process. If I boot in safe mode it loads correctly. When it freezes the hard drive's front light keeps flashing and I can keep hearing sounds as if it was loading normally but it's really hanged. Does somebody has any idea about how to solve this?

Have you installed any new hardware or software? Have you checked your bios to see if anything has changed there? if you can get to safe mode, have you checked your drive for physical problems?

That's all I can think off with so little info on your part... sorry. :(
