| Vista Home Basic 32bit | WHAT TO DO to bring prompt back At the command prompt when I write: MORE | SAMPLE.TXT ("SAMPLE.TXT"=this copied->pasted) open automatically Notepad with the contents of the SAMPLE.TXT... well after that cursor at command line moved a line down from the start of line WITHOUT the prompt, (C:\Users\User\testOS\) ??? C:\Users\User\testOS\AC>MORE | SAMPLE.TXT <cursor here> |

| Vista x64 Ultimate SP2, Windows 7 Ultimate x64 | Re: WHAT TO DO to bring prompt back Hello Ise123, Check to see of there is a scroll bar to the right in the command prompt. If there is, then you can just scroll down with it to see the prompt again. If this is not what you mean, then, if you could, please post a screenshot to see if that may help determine what it may be. |
