Could you guys help me with how the Performance works. On the Screen it says Physical Memory and kernel memory. I believe that the Physical is how much Ram I have. I says I have 3060 total, Cached 2203, right now 0 free. I have a program running. Could I use a bit more ram. I have a 32bit OS. I'm just trying to learn as much as I can.

In Vista almost all the RAM is prefetched-

Vista fills it with program data for quick access, when neccessary vista dumps the prefetch memory to the drive and loads what is needed.
