error loading during start

hi all,
please help me, everytime windows start (after login) there's message:
"Error loading C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\hmcencx.dll
The specified module could not be found."
how can i solved this problem?

But if i restore, all condition will rolling back, is it?
I don't want to cause too much data i add till now.
is there possible to repair? like xp? how?
