WMI Reverse Performance Adapter Problem

Good day my friends
When I login to win vista two or a few minutes this message is appeared:
“WMI Reverse Performance Adapter Maintenance Utility has stopped working”
After sometime other things has stopped working like Bluetooth programs or SQM, and while I browse internet bad sites are opened automatically

Start>>Search>>eventvwr.msc

Navigate to Application section and find all error messages which concern WMIADAP.EXE - there should be info whats couse this.
