Hi. Two days in a row I have left my computer in Sleep mode over night, but for some reason it restarts the computer after a certain time. I can roughly guess it to be around after six hours of sleep mode it decides to restart. Obviously this means the stuff I had up on my computer is no longer up. Please help, thanks!

right click my computer and choose properties

select the advaced tab

click settings under "startup and recovery"

under system failiure uncheck "automaically restart"

click ok then apply

this is just to see if your pc is restarting due to an error causing windows to restart

if you stop it automatically restarting it MAY instead throw up an error code which may make it easier to troubleshoot

it could also cause your pc to freeze up causing you to have to do a hard reset :p but this is easiest way to start troubleshooting the issue
