Calling out to Gadget builders

Ok, first this is my first post, so hello all. read whole post, as I am willing to pay cash/Paypal.

Second a little about me. I am a SSG in the U.S. Army, based out of FT. Bragg NC. Currently at Bagram AB in Afghsnistan, and I would like some help.

I would like a Windows Vista (32bit ver. running) Gadget built as it looks to hard and/or time consumiing for me. I am working 16+ hour days, thus don't have time to learn it nor do it.

What I want:

A gadget that will be square and 1/4 of the screen from top to botom. I use Adobe Photoshop CS3, so I can help.

I would like it to be a simple design, the has sections within it. basicly something that tracks time at different places, IE FT. Bragg NC (local to location), Bagram AB Afghanistan (Local to location), and Zulu time.

then to have a counter below said clocks. When departure time is punched in, counts down years, months, weeks, days, min., and sec. till departure.

I would be willing to do all the graphics work and lay out. Just need someone to build it ounce idea is set.

I would be willing to pay for time and effort put into it upon complete. That would be worked out prior to work being started, and payment amount would also be agreed on before work starts.

Also payment would be made upon work being complete, and ensured Gadget works. I have many of feedback on Ebay, PBnation, and other forum based sites. All under the same screen name.

Any help you all could provide would be great, and thank you for taking the time to read such a long post.

Something like this, with the option to set the location and time inside the boxes. And if their is a way to conect it to a clock like at Nasa that would be cool also, if not the computer clock would be fine.
