| Vista | DEP(Data Execution Prevention) Problems Ok, so DEP keeps closing out a program which has worked fine before. When I add the program to the exception list it is still closing out the program. What can I do to fix this so DEP doesn't keep closing out my program? Thanks. |

| Win7x64 | Re: DEP(Data Execution Prevention) Problems DEP is done with hardware assistance and it rarely lies. If it's telling you that the app is trying to execute memory not marked as "code", that's suspicious because DEPs primary purpose is to catch malware. |
