Help Sidebar won't start

Could anyone fix my sidebar?
Sidebar Crashes as soon as I start it. I have tried Shawn's Toturials ,but sidebar still doesn't work.

It did'nt work,it still crashes.
I've done sfc \scannow , deleted settings , tried what that ross guy said ,but it still doesn't work.

None of your solutions worked ,but I did find out myself how to fix it. I just copied the windows sidebar folder to my documents then deleted the original and ran sfc /scannow.

Thankyou for your help anyway.

Hi Fastboy, close sidebar. Open taskmgr, end sidebar.exe process, open windows explorer and type
%localappdata%\microsoft\Windows Sidebar
Rename the settings.ini file. Restart the computer.
Open Windows sidebar again.
let us know if it still crashes.
