I have a problem with windows dreamscene. Whenever I choose the desktop background to dreamscene; the picture says it all-

It looks like a codec problem, have you installed any codec packs recently?

I know this is an old thread so I don't know if you resolved this. Nero Seems to Cause a lot of codec errors. That is why I don't use it.
