    Pix Download

    No matter what I try I simply cannot download pix from my sony memory stick to

    my Vista Home Premium program ???????

    Hello Dumptruk, and welcome to Vista Forums.

    Usually you will need to save the files into one of your C:\Users\(user-name) folders first before you are allowed to move or copy them to another location.

    What does it say or do when you try to save the files from the USB stick to your computer?
