I used to get this error a lot back when I installed new memory and a wlan adapter. Can anyone give me help? I tested all the ram and swaped out modules.

4GB of Ram (But only 3.2GB is recognized by vista
nVidia GeForce 8800 GT
Broadcom 802.11g Network Adapter
Realtek 8185 Extensible 802.11b/g Wireless Device (the new WLAN adapter I installed)
After awhile I didnt get the message for a few months, but recently I reinstalled my OS because the computer was getting really sluggish and froze up a lot. Any ideas and suggestions would be very helpful.
