| 32 bit | Whats better Hello, i dont know if this is the right section if it isnt could a mod please remove to the right section. But anyways lets get started, i currently have a q6600 quad core and i called hp awhile back and asked them if they can fix my product. So i sent it in, and they didnt fix it. i called them agian and talked to one of the managers telling them that they did not even make a attempt to fixing it. then they offered me a brand new computer. Quote: Overall, the Q8200 is 2.1% faster than the Q6600, the DiVX encoding gains and in After Effects making up for the slight shortfall on the other applications. Q8300, which has a superior clock frequency to the Q6600, is 8.4% faster and only on the compression in WinRAR 3.8 does the good old Q6600 have the advantage. The Q9300 is the only chip that is in front in all cases. AMD lags with the Phenom X4 9950 which only obtains a performance level at 94.3% of the Q6600 (96.5% for games). |

| 32 bit | Re: Whats better But, the q6600 has a faster multi and plus it has 4 mbs more in... and also can overclock more.. but sence its a prebuild cmp i just dont wanna lose gaming and gain lag from it... the q6600 never lags and i just wanted to make sure that when i do the trade that all the proformance is still the same or if not better. |
