Video Thumbnails at Vista SP2 64-bit doesn't work

I Have This problem Since Vista Sp1 64-bit also That Video Thumbnails at Vista SP2 64-bit doesn't work

at windows 7 and vista 32-bit every thing is ok but at 64-bit i get that problem

is there any way to fix this

Import avi fixer from below
File association fixes for Windows Vista

+ restart

If you have also the same trouble with other extensions import fix for them also

Didn't work .. it just made WMP as the defult Avi files player

i want to fix the problem to be like this ...
