Windows no disk message help please

Hi i keep getting a windows no disk message, it says (Exception Processing Message 0xc0000013 Parameters 0x000007FEFE07240 0x0000000000000004 0x000007FEFE0E7240 0x000007FEFE0E7240) I think it has somthing to do with my usb flash drives but im not sure, I changed the drive letter paths on both flash drives but i still get the message, if anyone has any information on this that might help i would really appreciate it thanks

Install SP2 if you don't have,you can also try reinstall USB controllers ->Advanced troubleshooting tips for general USB problems in Windows XP
Try also update drivers for motherboard chipset

If also no help check results if you disable all non-system services (Clean boot procedure) How to perform a clean boot procedure to determine whether background programs are interfering with a game or a program that you currently use
