Solved Vista Notification

Hello all!
Is there a built-in program in Vista Ultimate that create pop-up notifications?
For example: if i want to remind my self to feed the fish 3 days from now, i will be able to create a notification in that program and it will pop-up in my vista in the exact day and hour that i programed it?

I think the best solution is Windows Calendar (it's built in with Vista). There you can set reminders.

I like the Yahoo Calendar that I use in combination with Yahoo Messenger. This way, I get the best of both worlds -- completely customizable notifications and pop-up reminders saying whatever I want, whenever I want, as many times as I want.
