Invisible pointer in wmc

Hello, My mouse pointer becomes invisible after opening windows media center. Tried sfc /scannow and disk check along with rebooting. Also worked mouse options and can't find a fix. any help? anyone Thanks:(

---maybe try---> Control Panel > Mouse---and the Pointer Options tab > Under
Visibility---> 'uncheck' Display Pointer trails---> Click OK/Apply---
