| Vista Enterprise 32bit | Favorites have moved Not sure what i did here or if it was even me. I'm using Vista Enterprise at work and had to move cubicles. I copied all my documents from my old computer (also Vista Enterprise) and my favorites folder to a thumb drive, then without thinking coppied them all back to the Documents folder on this computer. Now instead of IE7 looking in the C:\Users\my_name\ directory for the Favorites folder it or i have somehow created another favorites folder inside my old favorites folder in Documents and it's looking for the favorites there. How do i redirect IE7 to find my favorites in the Favorites folder in the User folder? |

| Vista Ult 64bit Windows 7 64 bit Server 2008 RC2 | Re: Favorites have moved Hello Kormath, Welcome to the forums. Try right click on each of the favorites folder/properties and see if there is a location tab. If so click on restore default. That should move it back to you users folder. Hope this helps. Please keep us posted. Gary |
