Windows Explorer Context Menu - How to?

I've seen a few solutions/hacks to get a custom application to appear on right click in Windows Explorer. Now I did get one of them to work but it only works on files.

I need it to work on folders too. Oh how nice it is in XP to be able to right-click and zip a directory in 2 steps. I don't want to have to take ownership or run a script every time either.

Any ideas peeps?
