Screensaver and standby not working.

I am running Windows Vista Home Premium 64
AMD Phenom Quad Core.
Logitech Easycall Keyboard and Mouse.

The Screensaver will ocasionally cut in but when it goes to turn off the monitor everything fires back up again.
