Disk Space issue

ok basicly i recently reinstalled windows vista (long story short it had a virus and was totaly dead)

my hard drive is i think 83gb
at the moment all i have on it is 2.5gb of music, a 500mb game and norton 360

heres the problem: it says i have used all 83gb...

i have run a disk clean up, a defrag and a spywear check but nothing has worked

(im not that great with pc's so please dont make your replys crazy complex)
