Useless File?

What is the purpose of the C/dell folder do I need it?

i would assume that folder contains Dell specific drivers , as Dell do tend to have alot of custom parts in their pc's , id probably leave it , it may come in handy when updating chipset drivers etc

are you struggling for hard drive space?
