Hi there,
Hope somebody could help me with the problem in my laptop. I bought this new notebook with vista home basic 32 bit system but it's a spanish language. But I succesfully switched it to English. But there's a problem because after switching the language, I can't open the folder and turn on the User account control and i can't even open the display configuration. Also when I right click the MY COMPUTER then Properties, it's not available.
