Vista U & CAPI2 error

Why is it that at every reboot the system gives this message in the event viewer ? Failed extract of third-party root list from auto update cab at: with error: A required certificate is not within its validity period when verifying against the current system clock or the timestamp in the signed file. .

Thanks, i had tried that one as the issue came out to no avail. All accounts have full access to this directory Any further idea would be welcome.

As far as i know this is the only fix available at the moment, i do know people that have had this problem, have had it go away as quick as it came, could be connected to a peice of software installed just before the problem started.
Not much help i know but you are not alone with this problem.

Type in the Start Search box services, press enter and click continue at the UAC prompt. Right click on Crypto services and change the Startup type from Automatic to Automatic (Delayed Start) and click apply.

Reboot and you won't see the error CAPI2 logged anymore.
