Vista - netio.sys bsod

Hello there! For about 24 hours ago I started getting bsods, checked the minidump and it was caused by netio.sys. I tried system restore, didn't help and I tried reinstalling windows, that didn't work either. This is my first self-built computer. I have no idea what to do now. I've only had this computer since 23rd of March.

I get netio.sys bsod when I push my overclock too far. Have you recently adjusted any voltages / RAM settings / increased the FSB?

I don't think so. I'm not so computer savvy.

It could be trouble with network conection
1.Make sure you don't have installed two firewalls or two antiviruses or likely -if yes you have to uninstall one of them

2.Update driver for your network card,install SP2
3.Make this:QoS Bandwidth Reserve Limit

4.If still nothing help you can try disable QoS Scheduler in Networkin (attached image below),but not always you can do because some network priveders require this function enabled

Haven't had a bsod since yesterday. Tried most of your suggestions except the SP2 one, have to wait till it comes out in my language. I'll let you know how it is fixed or not. Thanks a lot for the help.
