MS-DOS and debug

How do you boot into dos in vista and run debug to access the hard disk?

Try F8 a the computer is booting up and choosing command prompt only.

What are you trying to do?
Why can't you access it normally?
Why do you think that you need debugging to access the hard drive?

1) I have an option to boot to debugging mode but windows simply starts normally.

2) I am clearing hard drive and cmos.
