| Windows Vista home Premium SP1 | Hardware diagnostics tool I just noticed some hardware diagnostics tool started running. It says PLEASE WAIT while hardware diagnostics tool collects info. Its not malware because it comes with all hp compaq computers but IT WONT STOP RUNNING |

| Vista Ultimate x64 SP1 | Re: Hardware diagnostics tool you can do that everytime it comes up I guess...but I would look at Add/Remove programs and see if it is listed in there. if it is...I would probably remove it if it has the HP brand on it, but that is up to you. |
