Ok so heres my problem
When i log on to any account the welcome and loading icon take quite a while
then when i get in windows explorer doesnt star, only my documents folder and a black screen
when i use the explorer shortcut it starts up and works fine
does anyone know whats wrong and what i can do to fix it?
ps im not very computer oriented or tech savvy
my computer is an hp but i dont know the specs
