I have a problem. I restored my computer using the computers program to restore it to factory condition, for the back-up discs weren't completing the installation (thanks Geek Squad for the NON-WORKING DISCS), but now, it requires a user name and password that i DID NOT set. Leaving them blank doesn't work. Is there a standard user name and password to use to begin it or do i have to take to Best Buy and complain about it?
