Hi guys. I am working as a network admin for a small company. And there are a few process that the employees keep stopping that must remain enabled e.g. the backup systems process, The anti-virus etc. How can I prevent a user from stopping a process like window's does with system processes.

Someone who knows his way around the system will always find ways to change it. I would make it a company policy and see to it that those who violate this policy be reprimanded by their management.
