Vista - Page File question

Sorry to bother you again still getting the machine back to normal (getting rid of some of vista's useless programs)

I have Vista SP2 X64 What do you recommend to set the page file
Let System control it or configure it myself? I did set this before but cannot remember what I set it to.
I do allot of Image, Audio & Video editing & play the latest games at full settings. Also like allot of programs running at once.

Seen recommendations on the web but want to hear what you think as you seem to know your onions? (Scottish saying for you know what you’re talking about)

(edit) sorry Forgot to mention I’ve got 4gb - still recommend keep the system controlling it?(edit) - if I don't get a response I will know your conclusion is the same – Thanks for the responses

I would go ahead and just let the System manage it. It does a great job in Vista for this.

There are a few rare occasions where it may make sense to interfere. E.g. moving the page file to a much faster disk (like a fast SSD) may make sense. Else I agree with Brink.
