Vista - Multiple taskbars on one monitor?

mgt its Vista Home Premium 32-bit 1 posts	Multiple taskbars on one monitor? I would like to have a task bar on 2-4 sides of one monitor .. or maybe a couple on one monitor and a couple on another. Is there a way to do that? If not, then what is the reason behind it? Thanks!
