I was having some issues with my pc and it was long overdue for a reinstall anways, so I set it back to factory settings.
Here is a list of my issues so far since..

1. Won't recognized my 9600gs - Keeps saying their is just an avg card their.

2. Downloads are corrupting. Video drivers, Firefox, Googlechrome, etc.. all get a corruption error when trying to install.

3. Some of my windows updates are getting errors to.
A. Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 and .NET Framework 3.5 Family Update (KB951847) x86
Download size: 17.1 MB - 55.6 MB
B. Update for Windows Vista (KB950124)
Download size: 15.8 MB
C. Internet Explorer 8 for Windows Vista
Download size: 23.5 MB

Only changes I have made is upgrading to a 9600gs with the hardware specs, otherwise you can find my pc specs at this link.
Newegg.com - HP Pavilion M9040N(GN553AA) Core 2 Quad Q6600(2.40GHz) 3GB DDR2 640GB NVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS Windows Vista Home Premium - Desktop PCs

I am at a bit of a loss here so any help would be awesome!

Hello Cryov,
Did you re-install from a Vista disc or from the reset option on the HDD ?.

It came with a 3rd hard drive that you can load from, was never given a disc for windows.

Also I furthered my investigation, Went to my other pc and dl'd nvidia drivers and a few other things and burned them to disc. Even those files pop up as corrupt.

I think I may need to reset it to factory one more time :/

I would try that, post your results. Good luck.
