Vista keeps locking for no reason

Approximately every 15 minutes, Vista decides to go into locked mode.

The only power saving thing I have in effect now is for my computer to hibernate after 3 hours if it's unplugged (never if plugged in, and never turn the display off).

I have no screen saver, so it is not requiring a password after that. I am also not requiring a password after waking up.

Vista is not requiring a password when it does this; I just have to click on the icon and it starts again. It's rather annoying, though, when I'm listening to music and someone wants to ask me a question. Instead of just pressing spacebar, I have to click on the icon, wait for Vista to load up, press spacebar and then listen (or take off my headphones, but either way it's more work).

I had this problem once before, and eventually it went away. However, it's been around for quite some time this time around, and I want it to stop.

I doubt it's something I did (I think Vista likes to f-- with me, like when it deletes my battery icon, internet connectivity icon, and sound icon just for fun), but if anyone knows how to fix this, that would be great.
