I'm getting ready to format my disk. I have Vista Home Premium. I've done the same thing with XP several times with no problems. I've backed up all of my data files and bookmarks. Anything I should watch out for?

i don't think so. if there's something you wanna keep. when asked make windows.old and all you files will go there. grab what you want and delete the rest.
