well first off let me say that when i restart my computer i get this error message in a note pad

also i am haveing problems with my AIM, LimeWire, and some other programs connecting and running. i have made sure they are unblocked on my firewall, also i have tried reinstalling them again, and one program said i have one other profile logged on to this computer. i checked the users window and i do not have any other accounts. i have tried logging off the other computer and restarting this one but still nothing. i am on a network with 1 other computer and a XBox 360. I have never had this problem before. this started right after a poweroutage. i am confused and aggravated. please if anyone can help please let me know. thank you
