ready boost keeps renewing?????

Hi all,
almost everytime I turn on my laptop, the folder that holds the readyboost file recreates itself.
has anyone else experienced this?

I found that readyboost really doesn't do much to increase system speed (if it does it's negligible at best) so along with a million unnecessary "services" it gets turned off and disabled.
