500GB WD HDD Wont show up in XP 64?

Ok just built a PC for a friend. Using an OCZ Summit SSD for primary HDD with OS and a few other progs, and want to use a new Western Digital 500GB Caviar Blue drive as a storage drive.

Shows up in BIOS, even shows it in the system properties in XP, but wont show up in Windows Explorer?

CD Shows up as D: the SSD shows up as C: but the WD 500gb drive does not show up?

Any ideas?

It is a SATA HDD, does it require a jumper on it to make it a slave? I put it as secondary HDD in the BIOS.

Check to see If Vista assigned a drive letter to it. I know it sounds weird but I've see this a few times. Don't know why it happens though, but it does.
