Vista - Exception processing message 0xc0000013

I got since a few days this error



Idid a few thing but none helped . Could you folks help me?

I'm not sure if this helps:

No that doesn't help i have already did that -.-

What seems to be triggering these error messages?

i play a game named Pro Cycling Manager 2009 and when i am loading to a race this error shows up
i tried to reinstall it but it didn't worked -.-

Your Power Supply Unit may not be adequate to run your GFX board
under heavy gaming load.

This is a no disk error so it will not be down to your power supply.
Post what you have done so far.
Have you checked to see if any services have failed to start?
Have you tried running the game in safe mode?
Have you tried running the game in compatability mode?
Have you looked to see if anyone else has had the same problem?
